       Mr.Senthil belongs to Kalapaganur village of Salem District, he is aged 50 years but his activities and schedule of work hides his age and is busy like the bees. He has got good flaw towards traditional rice cultivation and got 35 years experience in the same field too. Mr.Senthil possesses 2.5 acres of leased in land. He is the leader of Swarna Deepa Uzhavar Mandram. Sawrna means no partition or separation, there no separation among the various categories of people, all people are considered the same.

       A federation named FIARE-Federation for Integrated improvement in Agriculture Education was formed in 2013, which constitute of 2000 members. The aim of this federation is to educate the farmers on Conservative Agriculture and organic farming and not a profit motive. They conduct monthly meeting on 25th of every month. They also teach the members on production, method of storing before marketing, as it is very important point in marketing. They also teach the federation members about the value addition of  products.

       He says that the important point in marketing is the quality differentiation, which they emphasis upon. They possess their own marketing channel, no middle men is involved. Their word of mouth is very important. In each village training is organized by the Uzhavar Mandram group. Agriculture trade and marketing centre at Salem help the farmers to store their produce. They also stress the importance of value addition. A processing unit has been started at  village of Attur Taluk. At Mulapathur,Swetha small millets processing is under operation. They have purchased the machineries from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. They are about to start Parampariya Unavagam to sell their processed foods. The following are packed for sale.
